        Summary: CheckCalendar stores all goals and daily records exclusively on your device. The App has no sign-up, no login, and no ads, and no user data is transmitted to any external server.
    

1. Purpose of Privacy Policy

H2M ("Company") operates the "CheckCalendar" mobile application ("App"), package name com.h2m.utils.checkcalendar. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, how that information is used, and how it is protected.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Information You Create or Configure (Stored Locally)

CheckCalendar is a goal-tracking and daily-record visualization App. The following information is stored only inside your device and is never transmitted to any external server.

2.2 Information Stored on the Company Server

        None. CheckCalendar has no sign-up or login functionality and never transmits or stores any user data on a Company server.
    

2.3 Automatically Processed Information

For the App to function, the following limited technical information may be processed locally on your device:

Device and App Info: app version, OS version, device model, language, basic configuration (processed on-device only).
Notification / Permission State: whether the notification permission has been granted.

The above information is used only on your device and is not transmitted externally.

2.4 Permissions and Device Access

The App may request the following permissions to provide its features:

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): to display goal alarms at the times you configure (Android 13 and above).
Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): to automatically re-register scheduled goal alarms after a device reboot or app update.
Vibrate (VIBRATE): to vibrate when an alarm fires.

3. Data Storage

        All data is stored locally. Goals, daily records, alarm settings, themes, and all other user data are stored in the App's local database (SQLite) and app-private storage on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this data.
    

Because CheckCalendar does not communicate with any external server, it does not provide cloud backup or synchronization. You are encouraged to back up important data separately.

4. Third-Party Services

        None. CheckCalendar does not use any external service SDK for sign-up, login, advertising, analytics, or billing. It does not transfer user information to Google Sign-In, Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Billing, or any other third-party service.
    

5. Sharing with Third Parties

The Company does not collect any user information, and therefore has nothing to share with or provide to third parties. All user data exists only on your own device.

6. Your Rights

You can freely control your data in the following ways:

Access: review goals and records on the monthly calendar, yearly landscape, and date-based achievement screens.
Edit: edit goals, add / modify / delete daily records, change alarm settings.
Individual Deletion: archive goals, delete daily records.
Full Deletion: clear app data or uninstall the App to remove all local data.

7. Security Measures

The Company applies the following measures to protect information processed by the App:

All local data is stored inside Android's app sandbox and app-private storage and cannot be accessed by other apps.
Because the App does not communicate with any external server, there is no risk of data leakage during network transmission.
The Company has no means to collect, store, or view any user data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 14 years of age, and the Company does not knowingly collect personal information from such children. Since the App does not collect or transmit any information at all, no personal data is exposed externally even if a child uses the App.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy when the App or related legal requirements change. Updated versions will be posted in the App, on the App listing, or through related distribution channels. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Purpose of Processing

Information processed by the App is used for the following purposes:

Creating, editing, and archiving goals, and applying color themes
Determining scheduled days based on schedule mode (daily / specific weekdays / N times per week)
Recording daily entries and visualizing them on the monthly calendar and yearly landscape
Calculating streaks (consecutive achievements) and statistics
Firing goal alarms at the configured times
Rendering home-screen widgets (Today / Weekly / Today's Goals / Monthly Calendar)

12. Retention Period

Because all information is stored locally, the retention period is the period during which the App remains installed on your device.

13. Data Processing Delegation

        None. The Company does not delegate any user information processing to external providers. All data processing occurs entirely on your device.
    

14. International Transfer

        None. The App does not communicate with any external server, so no user information is transferred across borders.
