        Summary: MemoTalk stores your chat rooms, messages, schedules, and attachments locally on your device. We do not run an account or cloud sync service for your memo content, but Google services used for ads, billing, and app diagnostics may receive limited technical data.
    

1. Purpose of Privacy Policy

H2M ("Company") operates the "MemoTalk" mobile application ("App"), package name com.h2m.util.mytalk. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, how that information is used, and how it is protected.

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

The App is a chat-style personal memo utility. The following information may be created or selected by you and stored by the App:

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App and third-party SDKs used by the App may process limited technical information automatically:

Device and App Info: app version, OS version, device model, language, and basic configuration.
Notification State: notification permission state, reminder settings, and alarm scheduling status.
Ad and Purchase Signals: advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, purchase status, purchase token, and billing state handled by Google services.
Diagnostic Data: crash logs, performance measurements, and aggregated usage signals where Google Firebase services are enabled in the distributed build.

2.3 Permissions and Device Access

The App may request the following permissions or device access to provide its features:

Notifications: for schedule alarms, daily reminders, and important service notices.
Photos and Media: to attach photos or videos and to import shared media.
Files: to attach files and to create or restore backup files that you explicitly choose.
Microphone: to record voice memo messages.
Internet / Network: for ads, billing, and service diagnostics.
Boot Completed: to restore alarms, reminders, and widget updates after reboot or app update.

3. Data Storage

        Local Storage First: User-created memo content is stored in the App's local database and app-private storage on your device. The Company does not provide a cloud account or sync server for your memo content.
    

Your chat rooms, messages, schedules, attachments, and most settings remain under your device-level control. When you uninstall the App, the local app database and private attachment files are deleted from the device.

If you create a backup, the backup file is written only to the file location you choose. The Company does not upload that backup file to its own servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services. These providers may process limited technical data according to their own policies.

4.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display ads in the free version of the App. AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction data.

4.2 Google Play Billing

We use Google Play Billing for premium purchases and subscription handling.

Important: The Company does not directly collect or store credit card numbers or bank account information. Payment information is processed by Google Play.

4.3 Google Firebase Services

The distributed build may use Google Firebase services such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, or Remote Config for app quality and operational support.

These services may process device, app, crash, or aggregated usage data.
We do not intentionally use these services as storage for your memo content, attachments, or backup files.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

The Company does not sell your personal information or memo content to third parties.

Information may only be processed or disclosed in the following cases:

Third-party services described in this Policy, only to the extent needed for ads, billing, diagnostics, or service operation.
When required by applicable law, lawful request, or legal process.
When you explicitly export, share, or save content to another app or file location using the App's sharing features.

6. Your Rights

You can control your data in the following ways:

Access: view and manage your content inside the App.
Edit: update or delete chat rooms, messages, categories, reminders, and attachments.
Backup / Restore: export local backup files and restore from backup files you selected.
Deletion: remove individual items, clear data, or uninstall the App to remove local app data.
Ad Controls: limit ad personalization through your Google or device settings where supported.

7. Security Measures

The Company applies reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App:

Memo content is stored primarily in local app storage on the device.
The App uses Android app sandboxing and app-private storage for internal files where applicable.
Only user-selected files are accessed for attachments, imports, exports, backup, or restore.
User-generated memo content is not intentionally stored on Company-operated sync servers.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 14 years of age. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe such information has been provided inadvertently, please contact us.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

The Company may update this Privacy Policy when the App or related legal requirements change. Updated versions will be posted in the App, on the App listing, or in the related policy distribution channel. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

11. Purpose of Collection and Use

Information processed by the App is used for the following purposes:

Creating and managing chat-style memo rooms and message history.
Managing to-do lists, schedules, reminders, and pinned content.
Handling attachments such as photos, videos, files, links, and voice memos.
Supporting widgets, theme preferences, backup, and restore features.
Operating ads, premium billing, diagnostics, and service quality improvements.

12. Retention Period

Retention depends on where the data is stored and whether you keep the App or exported files.
